EBN stores the minimum account, verified email, professional profile, preferences, consent and submission information needed to operate member features and administer the network.

Private information

Emails, consent records, preferences and moderation information are private. Sign-in is managed by ChatGPT; EBN never receives or stores passwords or session secrets.

Marketing consent

Consent is optional, off by default and may be withdrawn without deleting an account.

Members can correct their data, withdraw consent and request account deletion in Account Settings.
